This product is made with fiberglass material, therefore it will exhibit chips, breaks, cracks, waves, scratches and holes which require modification. It is necessary to dry fit and drill mounting holes and preform body work before paint. Cutting and adding of fiberglass may be required for proper fitment. Ships direct from the manufacturer or a distributor. Primer finish. Hand layup is the manufacturing process used for the majority of our fiberglass parts. Hoods require hood pins. We do not offer any guarantee of fitment on vehicles that have been in involved in accidents and/or have body damage or customization.

As with all Duraflex products, these components are not intended for public road use. Duraflex disclaims any responsibility for damage, injury, or loss resulting from their use. Due to the nature of fiberglass and the manufacturing processes involved, Duraflex fenders and fender flares are not ‘direct bolt-on’ parts and often require significant preparation, such as trimming, cutting, sanding, fitting, or adding fiberglass. Installation may involve custom bodywork, and common issues like warping or fitment challenges can occur if not installed properly.
Fender Flares
Duraflex fender flares are designed to extend the wheel arch for a more aggressive stance, often matching the style of a complete body kit. Depending on the style, some fender flares may need to be attached using rivet nuts with a rubber gasket between the flare and the original fender, neither of which is included. Additionally, more aggressive flares may require cutting and rolling of the original fender to allow for greater wheel clearance and a lower stance. Due to the nature of fiberglass, adjustments during installation are common, and care must be taken to ensure proper alignment and fitment to avoid gaps or uneven surfaces.
Fenders

Traditional auto repair shops may lack the necessary expertise for proper trimming, cutting, or modifying fiberglass components. Like all Duraflex body kits and accessories, these fenders and fender flares are strictly for track, show, or off-road use. Due to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, most Duraflex fenders and fender flares are not street legal. Duraflex does not endorse or recommend using these products on public roads or highways.
