New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in our retail store. Install professionally by a bodyshop with a valid automotive repair business license. Urethane parts require minimal prep work, such as: drilling holes, filler, flex paint agent, sanding, primer. Ships direct from the manufacturer or distributor. Manufactured using a process called RIM, Reaction Injection Molding in which the reactants were mixed then injected into a mold and treated with a memory agent to allow them to restore their original shape. Ships folded to conserve space. Set in the sun for at least 48 hours to restore the original shape. Use a smooth weight, such as a vinyl covered kettle bell on stubborn folds. We do not offer any guarantee of fitment on vehicles that have been in involved in accidents and/or have body damage or customization.

These components are not intended for public road use, and Aero Function disclaims any responsibility for damage, injury, or loss resulting from their use. These fenders and flares are not ""direct bolt-on"" parts and may require significant preparation, such as trimming, cutting, sanding, fitting, or additional work. Installation might involve custom bodywork, and improper installation can lead to issues like warping or fitment challenges.
Fender Flares
Aero Function fender flares are designed to extend the wheel arch for a more aggressive look, often complementing a complete body kit. Some styles may require attachment using rivet nuts with a rubber gasket between the flare and the original fender, neither of which is included. For more aggressive designs, cutting and rolling the original fender may be needed to allow for increased wheel clearance and a lower stance. Adjustments during installation are common to ensure proper alignment and fitment, avoiding gaps or uneven surfaces.
Fenders
Aero Function fenders provide an aesthetic upgrade, giving vehicles a sleeker, more customized appearance. Installation often requires trimming and reshaping to align with the vehicle’s mounting points. Additional reinforcement around the A-pillar and the fender mounting flange may be needed for durability and a secure fit. Modifications to factory components, such as removing fender liners or adjusting brackets, may also be necessary for proper installation.
For best results, Aero Function recommends professional installation by a custom shop experienced with aftermarket components. Standard auto repair shops may not have the expertise required for trimming, cutting, or modifying these products.
Please note that these fenders and fender flares are intended strictly for track, show, or off-road use. Due to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, most Aero Function fenders and fender flares are not street-legal and should not be used on public roads or highways.
